Hostel Fuentes - Arequipa

The location of the hostel was great, as it was close to popular points of interest such as Melgar Stadium, Policlinico Metropolitano, and Yanahuara Church. Plus, it was just a short distance from the airport. The staff at the reception were fluent in English and Spanish, making communication easy for international travelers like me.- The guestrooms at the hostel were well-equipped, with amenities like free Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding. The laptop-friendly workspaces were especially useful for someone like me who needed to get some work done during my stay.- The hostel also had free Wi-Fi throughout the property, which was convenient for staying connected.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the staff, especially Ilda, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The location is peaceful and only a short 15-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The rooms are cozy and the staff is friendly, making it a highly recommended choice. , the hostel offers a clean kitchen and we were able to book an amazing Colca trek through them at a great price.

Loved the outdoor adventures offered here - mountain climbing and mountain biking were such a breeze! The free WiFi helped me document my amazing experiences. Cons: Oh, the creaky wooden floors were a symphony of annoyance.

The value for money at Fuentes was great and the rooms were big, bright and comfortable. The location was quiet and historic, with the Plaza just a 15-minute walk away. The staff were helpful and friendly, always striving to make our stay as good as possible.

The food for breakfast could be improved.

I chose Fuentes because I wanted to visit Museo del Banco Central de Reserva. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour front desk, which was very convenient. I also loved that guests could enjoy a free continental breakfast every day.

I keep returning because it's perfect for me. Helped with heavy bags. Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, snack bar, board games, luggage storage. No pets, non-smoking. 24-hour reception. Coming back for Christmas. No regrets!

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags while we explored the city. The location was also a key factor, as it was within walking distance of the main attractions and a vibrant market. Plus, they offered a tour that was cheaper than the ones available at travel agencies.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The lack of information provided by the staff was also frustrating, as we were unaware of certain important details such as keeping the main door open and how to re-enter if locked out.
